  6. Core Paddling  This advanced class will take you to the next level in fun and fitness. Class will consist of paddling skills, yoga, core fitness and aerobic sprints, all on a paddle board.  Wear your swimsuit, bring a towel for this unforgettable experience. Total time one hour.
  7. Jungle Circuit  This innovative new class brings a synergy of nature and fitness to your training.  Your workout will start with a short jog on the lake shore.  Dynamic stretching and team warm up will prep you for the challenge ahead.  Now it's time to attack the circuit integrated into the landscape for a truly unique training session.  Stations range from suspension training, MMA, plyometrics, rope training, medicine ball and hammer training.... to name a few.  Bring H2O, gloves and plenty of energy!  Total time one hour.
